REGULATIONS FOR INTERVENTIONS
The moderators of the scientific panels are asked to organize and monitor the timing of the presentations and scientific contributions. To this end, the meeting will be organized as follows:
- Scientific tableSpeakers will have a maximum of 7 minutes for their presentations. Following their presentations, there will be a 15-minute discussion.
- Scientific communication: A maximum of 6 minutes will be available for the presentation followed by 4 minutes for discussion.
- Scientific poster: A maximum of 4 minutes will be available for oral presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
Speakers are reminded that the official language of the Convention is Spanish, although slides may also be written in Portuguese.
Speakers are also asked to visit the Speaker Ready Desk no later than one hour before their panel to submit their PowerPoint slides.

The moderators of the scientific panels are asked to organize and control the timing of the presentations and scientific contributions. The schedule for this will be as follows:
- Scientific Session. Speakers will have a maximum of 7 minutes for their presentations. Following their presentations, there will be a 15-minute discussion.
- Abstracts: a maximum of 6 minutes for presentations, followed by 4 minutes for discussion.
- Rapid Fire Abstracts: a maximum of 4 minutes for oral presentations, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
Speakers are reminded that the official language of the Convention is Spanish, although slides may also be written in Portuguese.
Speakers are also requested to visit the Speaker Ready desk no later than one hour before their panel to submit their slides in PowerPoint format.
