1. The abstract of the communications should include objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusions.
2. The oral presentation of the communication may be done in Spanish or Portuguese, provided that the summary and slides are in Spanish.
3. Abstracts should be sent by email following the format and instructions on this form to the CVHH secretariat: secretaria@cvhh.org
4. The summary must have a maximum of 250 words, not including the title.
5. One of the signatories must be a member of CVHH.
6. The first signatory must be registered with the Convention, and this can only be done in person.
7. The first signatory may not present more than one paper at the same conference. One paper and one poster may be presented.

The deadline for abstract submissions is June 15, 2025 (abstracts received after this date will not be considered). The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and inform the authors of the selected papers by June 15, 2025.
